Girl Child Education

7th All India Education Survey, 2002 has found out that less than half of India’s children of the age group 6-14 do not attend the school, 53% of which are girls.

In India 53% of girls between the age group of 5 to 9 are illiterate. A little over one third of all children who enroll to grade one reach grade eight.

It is well said that “EDUCATING A GIRL IS EDUCATING A GENERATION”. Therefore, why not we come in unison and corroborate access to thorough education to every child, predominantly girl child. So, they can evade themselves and their family from poverty.
